Welcome to our Food, Music and Fun and Friends social group! (FMFF); also known as Feast and Beats.
This is a community for people who love to explore new flavors, enjoy live music and participate in exciting activities. Our events range from trying out new restaurants and food festivals to attending concerts and organizing game nights. We value diversity, inclusivity and having a good time. Join us and let’s create unforgettable memories together!
A few items to note:
No Shows: Organizing events takes a lot of effort and planning. Sometimes we even make paid reservations for attendees. As such, when someone doesn’t show up without updating their RSVP, it can negatively impact our ability to host successful events. To help us accurately determine attendance, please make sure to update your RSVP status regularly.
This is a common courtesy that we expect all members to follow. We monitor our events for No-Shows and will remove members who have more than three instances of not showing up without notice. Additionally, changing your RSVP to “Not-Going” on the same day as the event will also be monitored for repeat occurrences. After three strikes, the member will be removed from the group. Please adhere to these policies so that we can continue to grow our community and provide a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.
No Tolerance for Bad Behavior: We expect all members to treat each other with respect and kindness. Any form of misbehavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the group. If any member makes you feel uncomfortable or disrespected in any way, please let the host know so that appropriate action can be taken.

Let’s head to the legendary "Paperclip" for the high-stakes, penultimate playoff race of the season! Tempers will flare, championship spots are on the line, and the short-track action is going to be electric.
Our official group meetup kicks off at 12:00 PM. Join us to tailgate, catch up with the group, and grab a legendary Martinsville hot dog before we head into the stands for the green flag.

Group Discount: Tickets are available for just $32 (taxes included) if you purchase through the host.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via CashApp and Zelle.
Strict Deadline: Group tickets will be booked this Wednesday at noon. To secure your spot, please reach out via Direct Message or through our FMFF WhatsApp group before Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST.
Important Policies:- Tickets will only be purchased once payment is received.
- All completed transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- If you are unable to attend, you will be responsible for reselling your own ticket.
- This exclusive offer is limited; if tickets cannot be secured by Thursday, your payment will be fully refunded.
Missed the Deadline? Anyone who does not submit payment by Wednesday at noon must purchase an individual ticket independently at standard retail rates. You can still message me to check if any extra group tickets become available.
⏱️ The Schedule
12:00 PM — Official Meetup & Tailgate: Join us in the main parking lot. Look out for the group flag (the exact parking row will be pinned in our WhatsApp group chat on race morning). 🚗
1:00 PM — Head to Grandstands: We will walk over from the lots as a group, clear security, and make our way to our seats.
1:20 PM — Driver Introductions (Optional): Find our seats early to watch the pre-race driver introduction ceremony.
2:00 PM — Green Flag / Race Start: 500 laps of intense, high-stakes short-track racing begin! 🟢🚗 Parking & Traffic Advisory
Post-Race Traffic: Traffic exiting the speedway after the race is notoriously slow and takes a significant amount of time. Please plan your evening accordingly and expect delays when leaving the venue.
Parking Logistics: Free parking is available at the track. Arriving around our 12:00 PM meetup window ensures you beat the heaviest pre-race traffic rush.🎒 What to Bring
Ear Protection: An absolute must-have for a tight short track like Martinsville! 🎧
Cooler Rules: You can bring your own soft-sided cooler with food and drinks. It must meet the track's maximum size limit of 14"x14"x14". Glass bottles are strictly prohibited. 🥤
