  • Best Time to Visit: March-October, peak wildflowering in May–July.
  • If the weather is against us, we can vote for Option 2:
Bluff View Overlook to Bluff Mountain: A 3.4-mile out-and-back, often cited as one of the best ways to experience the area quickly. It takes about 2 hours, featuring easy to moderate terrain with stunning views, including Alligator Back.
