Join Pamela, a certified Forest Bathing guide, for gentle, meditative walks in nature designed to slow us down, awaken our senses, and nurture a deeper connection with the natural world — and ourselves.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, these guided walks offer a series of simple, restorative invitations that begin with quiet self-awareness and gradually open to the living landscape around us.

Walks are unhurried, typically lasting 2–3 hours, and are accessible to most ability levels

Registration is required, and group size is limited to honor a quiet, spacious experience.
