Forest Bathing Santa Fe - Little Tesuque Creek Trail

Join us for a restorative forest bathing experience along the Tesuque Creek

For our afternoon walk, we will meet at the Little Tesuque Creek Trailhead. Our time together will be spent sitting, standing, walking, and slowly meandering about. We will cover approximately 1 mile from the trailhead and back with moderate inclines. Parking (roadside across the from trailhead and just after Nun's Corner) is limited. If the area next to the trailhead is full there is another possibility just a minute up the road. If coming with a friend, consider carpooling.

You will want to wear footwear, headwear, and layered clothing suitable for the terrain and weather. I also suggest bringing drinking water, a pad or small blanket for occasional sitting, and perhaps a journal. A few sit pads will be available on-site. You will also be asked to complete a health form and waiver.
