Forest Bathing Santa Fe - Big Tesuque Campground

Immerse yourself in the practice of Forest Bathing, allowing the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest to enhance your well-being and connection to Nature.

Join us for a restorative forest bathing experience along the Tesuque Creek

For our morning walk, we will meet at Big Tesuque Campground. Our time together will be spent sitting, standing, walking, and slowly meandering about. We will cover approximately 1 mile from the trailhead and back with moderate inclines. If coming with a friend, consider carpooling.

You will want to wear footwear, headwear, and layered clothing suitable for the terrain and weather. I also suggest bringing drinking water, a pad or small blanket for occasional sitting, and perhaps a journal. A few sit pads will be available on-site. You will also be asked to complete a health form and waiver.
