Join Pamela, a certified Forest Bathing guide, for gentle, meditative walks in nature designed to slow us down, awaken our senses, and nurture a deeper connection with the natural world — and ourselves.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, these guided walks offer a series of simple, restorative invitations that begin with quiet self-awareness and gradually open to the living landscape around us.

For our morning walk, we will meet at the parking lot for the Sierra del Norte Trailhead. Our time together will be spent sitting, standing, walking, and slowly meandering about. We will cover approximately one mile from the trailhead and back with slight inclines. You will want to wear footwear, headwear, and layered clothing suitable for the terrain and weather. I also suggest to bring drinking water, a pad or small blanket for occasional sitting, and perhaps a journal. A few pads and portable stools will be available on-site.

Prior to the walk you will be asked to provide any relevant health data, to complete a safety waiver, and have time to address any questions you may have.
