
What we’re about
This group has been created for anyone interested in yoga. I'd like to share this wonderful tool of yoga with all of you interested in improving the quality of your life and enjoying your body. We can get healthier, happier and find balance through yoga. We can inspire each other :)
We are gathering together for weekly Vinyasa Yoga classes at MindBody Therapy Centre in Forest Hill. 2 classes per week - one for beginners and one for all levels.
Yoga equipment can be provided, unless you prefer bringing your own mat :)
We are practising Vinyasa Yoga which is a further developed form of Hatha Yoga based on a sequences of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between sustained postures. This form of yoga offers a range of health benefits to those who practice it, as it encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit. The flowing, dynamic and continual movement, from one pose to another gives you a cardiovascular benefit. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and reduce levels of stress.
Our Forest Hill Yoga Community is growing and I can't wait to see you in the class as well :)
