Short-Term Momentum Trading with Patrick Chua

Hi,

Hope you had a great weekend :O)

Must apologize for the lack of information regarding this Wednesday's workshop with Patrick Chua - the winner of the scalping challenge held on 27th Aug 2010.

In summary, he managed to make 33 trades within the 3-hour challenge, netting over US$1200 to win the 1st prize.

His trades had a Profit Factor of 2.83 with a Win Rate of 66.67%. Largest profit trade = $280.36; Largest loss trade = -$105.00

Have a look at the detailed MT4 statement here : http://ckowyong.com/challenge/DetailedStatement-2050044.pdf

When Patrick was asked to share about his trading technique after the challenge concluded, he explained that he made use of the Volume Indicator a lot, and also used Anti-Martingale to maximize his profits. Patrick is not a trader by profession, but have over 10 years of trading experience under his belt (mostly in stocks and options if I remember correctly).

End of the day, I'm sure you'll agree that it's not about the person's educational qualifications or how many times he's been interviewed on ChannelNewsAsia. Patrick has proven his worth during the trading challenge, and he's willing to show you the exact techniques and strategies that he used to beat the other 20+ traders to come up tops.

Click here to RSVP : http://www.meetup.com/forextrading-152/calendar/15031423
Seating capacity = 60
Seats remaining = 38

IMPORTANT NOTE : This Wednesday's session will be held at Burlington Square (#08-12), 175A Bencoolen Street.

This is going to be the last workshop for 2010. If you have a few hours to spare this Wednesday evening, I urge you to RSVP "YES" and come learn how Patrick trades.

Once again, this is "Short Term Momentum Trading". If you are prefer position trading or trading on longer timeframes like H1 or H4, this would not be for you. But if you are looking for a strategy that you can use when you have 2-3 hours to watch the market, this could be a nice one to add to your arsenal of strategies.

Hope to see you on Wednesday!
