After watching her peers struggle to find their footing in the distressed debt world she began the Note Assistance Program (N.A.P.). The Note Assistance Program is headquartered out of Orange County, CA, however, the Clients expand across the country. With options such as one-on-one assistance for the newer note investor, a Trade Desk for the more seasoned investor, a bi-weekly Lunch-n-Lunch for learn, and the two-day Note Lab that spans from coast-to-coast to teach novice Noters the A to Z approach to Notes, The Note Assistance Program aims to be a one-stop investment platform for today’s noting enthusiast. In addition, the N.A.P. is expanding to create an online platform for training those looking to dip their toe in the noting pool, as well as launching a podcast aptly named Naked Notes which gives a real, honest, in-depth look into the Note world. She leads with a passion for empowering the individual investor by “doing”. Her company provides additional security and comfort to note investors looking to flatten their learning curves, protect their IRA or take advantage of returns. During her time serving our Nation she was able to complete a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. After being Honorably Discharged from the military she took a job with a large consulting firm as a Contracts Manager where she was responsible for billion-dollar government projects. A large portion of her responsibilities were contract regulation, negotiations, proposal writing and budgeting. In addition, she was the Vice President of Sonoran Technology where she ran the accounting, HR and Contracting departments. She also acted as a program manager for 80% of the company’s projects and assisted with business development. Natosha fell in love with Real Estate after purchasing her first home at age 23. She rented out the two other rooms and realized her mortgage could be paid for, in addition to some cash flow. From there she purchased another home, opened a Lease Option company, a wholesaling company and, most recently, a non-performing Note company. Currently she is serving as an advisor and trainer to the Note Assistance Program (NAP) where she trains Clients and helps to find, secure, manage and create exit strategies for assets while managing her own portfolio of non-performing notes. She specializes in joint ventures where the exit strategies range from re-performing cash flow to retail profit splits. Natosha spends her free time volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a local women’s shelter, a local homeless shelter and a local retirement community. What we're about

Are you an investor tired of getting pitched and just want to network and have open discussions about real estate with ACTIVE and PASSIVE investors? If so, this group is for you. FIBI (For Investors By Investors) is a group of professional real estate and passive investors set up to help each other combine resources.

There is NO SELLING at any of our group discussions. Instead we do a round-table discussion with real investors and help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and get their deals analyzed.

We try to match passive investors with capital, active investors with experience and new investors with a team while having an open discussion on various real estate topics.

From wholesaling residential real estate, deal analysis, market analysis and creative financing to commercial properties, overall economic factors, self directing your IRA and lending... We try to get everyone's questions answered and point them in the right direction.
