Are you an investor tired of getting pitched and just want to network and have open discussions about real estate with ACTIVE and PASSIVE investors? If so, this group is for you. FIBI (For Investors By Investors) is a group of professional real estate and passive investors set up to help each other combine resources.
There is NO SELLING at any of our group discussions. Instead we do a round-table discussion with real investors and help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and get their deals analyzed.
We try to match passive investors with capital, active investors with experience and new investors with a team while having an open discussion on various real estate topics.
From wholesaling residential real estate, deal analysis, market analysis and creative financing to commercial properties, overall economic factors, self directing your IRA and lending... We try to get everyone's questions answered and point them in the right direction.

Anthony Walker serves as the CEO and Managing Broker of Buckingham Investments, a Southern California investment real estate brokerage with a 60-year legacy. Under his leadership, the firm has overseen over $1 billion in sales. Anthony has cultivated a substantial portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties, demonstrating his deep expertise in the region's dynamic real estate market. He is also a seasoned educator, frequently conducting seminars and speaking at various institutions and trade organizations throughout Southern California. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

David Coe is the founder of COE Real Estate Group, based in the South Bay of Los Angeles. His team specializes in residential sales and new construction projects, particularly infill developments in the greater LA area. David is also a partner at Capital Stack Investments, a private equity firm focused on real estate development opportunities. With a background in fix-and-flip projects, he has evolved into a comprehensive real estate professional, adept in sales, development, and investment. David co-leads the South Bay chapter of For Investors By Investors (FIBI), fostering a community dedicated to real estate education and networking without sales pitches.
