Due to the rapidly developing spread of the Coronavirus, we will not be hosting an in person meeting for our March FIBI Long Beach event. That said, we are excited at the opportunity to share our panelists' experience and insight, especially during tumultuous times like these. Although their experience in real estate development is valuable, we understand that people are most interested in up to the minute information as it relates to the global pandemic and its effect on investments.

To that end, we are asking our panelists to share their experiences and perspectives as it relates to the rapidly unfolding crisis and likely recession caused by the disease's spread and it's impact on the economy.

We'll be having a virtual FIBI Long Beach panel discussion using a Zoom video conference format. We won't be charging for this event. PANELISTS:

David Coe

David is a Realtor® and Investor that specializes in working with developers. David runs the COE Real Estate Group which is based in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Besides being one of the top Keller Williams teams for residential sales in the South Bay, Coe Real Estate also has a New Construction division that specializes in selling infill residential projects in the greater LA area. As an investor, Dave is a partner in Capital Stack Investments. Capital Stack is focused on raising capital and investing in short- and long-term residential new construction projects. Dave also founded the South Bay chapter of, For Investors By Investors, a real estate investment club that is 100% focused on education and networking with absolutely ZERO sales pitches allowed. Dave is very active in the South Bay community and is a proud Board member of the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation.

Dave Salzman & Carol Glover

Carol Glover has been handling real estate sales/transactions since 1983 as a real estate broker and real estate attorney. Her partner in business and in life, Dave Salzman, has over 34 years in the business and has comprehensive experience in brokerage, investment and redevelopment business as a principal and agent. Dave and Carol are both real estate agents with Engels & Volker’s and together they own Estate Construction & Development LLC, where they do local renovation and development projects on single families, offices and multi-family. Their residential focus is primarily in the Beach Cities with their investment and renovation business casting a wider net.
Carol was raised in Manhattan Beach. After graduating from Mira Costa, she earned her BA at the University of California, Irvine and her JD at Loyola Law School. Dave is originally from Arizona achieving his BS at Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance. After traveling and working for nine years at IBM as a top sales/management executive and regional sales manager for the Western United States telecommunications division, Dave came to LA, found the Beach Cities, started his real estate career and never looked back!
