SKY Breath Meditation, also known as Sudarshan Kriya, is a rhythmic breathing technique that aims to harmonize the body, mind, and emotions. SKY utilizes specific natural rhythms of the breath to induce a state of calm and alertness.

In conscious community we will share brief affirmations, engage in the guided three-part practice, and close with optional process sharing.

We will meet at the southeast corner of Lee Martinez Park, just west of the FC Museum of Discovery. Bring a cushion or fold up chair.
