SKY Breath Meditation, also known as Sudarshan Kriya, is a rhythmic breathing technique that aims to harmonize the body, mind, and emotions. SKY utilizes specific natural rhythms of the breath to induce a state of calm and alertness.

We will meet on the east side of city Park, about halfway between Mulberry & Oak. If you would like, bring a cushion or fold up chair to sit on.
