Following yoga, indulge in guided relaxation featuring a sound bath, where various instrumental tools create resonant frequencies and vibrations that foster deep relaxation and emotional release.

This holistic approach aims for total restoration of body, mind, and spirit. The instructor will demonstrate movements and provide verbal guidance through a high-quality audio system, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
