I will make an hour-long presentation explaining the most import aspects buyers need to know before purchasing their first home. The emphasis will be on the mortgage and the financial aspects of home ownership. After the presentation, there will be a 30-minute Q&A session. The purpose of this group is to educate buyers about mortgages and inform them about how they can save money on their mortgage. This group is ideal for people who are currently renting and thinking about buying a home.
