Move your body, let go of the pragmatic world, and let your senses guide you into Soul Science!
Soul Science invites you to experience a unique fusion of yoga, sound bowls, guided meditation, and an enlightening mind map exercise—all curated to awaken your inner power and ignite boundless creativity. Set in a serene meditation space, this event is crafted to align your mind, body, and soul through an unforgettable multi-sensory journey.
We first begin with our light Yoga movement lead by instructor Trai Valentine set to visuals of serene mountain tops, and winding rivers.
Next, allow your body to soar into the cosmos and your mind to wander among the stars with a sound bowl session led by Trai. Then our very own Ryan Brown will move you through a guided meditation invoking your soul self to speak, letting you feel and hear the inner wisdom within you.
Lastly, as we come back into our bodies, we pause for a short break before moving into a guided mind-map exercise followed by small group dialogue.
