Visionquest - An Art Experience

This will be a powerful experience that incorporates art, visioning, guided meditation, and a powerful connection with others.

Instead of writing down goals in a notebook that never gets seen again, come and explore a new way and technique that will help you to set powerful intentions for the new year. Think of this as a way to really make a strong visual and conscious connection to what drives and motivates you. Giving you something tangible that you can take with you as a constant reminder.

We use the powerful technique of visioning to pull from our inner wisdom and to create something artistic. This technique speaks to our subconscious mind and allows us to uncover our root desires. It also helps to ground us by reminding ourselves that we are not trying to fix anything. We are using this exercise to recognize what qualities of life we already have and are seeking to expand.

What you can expect:

• We first start our evening off with some light food and refreshments.
• Followed by a guided meditation to help you to begin to tap into your inner self.
• From this place, we become aware of our true selves and what really motivates and is important to us.
• Then we move into a space of creativity, capturing these ideas, thoughts, and revelations, so we can incorporate them into our art.
• At the end of our exercise, we will have an opportunity to share our experience (if we choose to) and reflect on what came up for us, and to hear other people's experiences.

The cost is $49 per person and includes all the supplies needed for the exercise. This event is limited to 20 guests.
