What we’re about

Foster a New You is a monthly community potluck luncheon featuring no oil, plant-based FOOD, with new and old FRIENDS, and VEGUCATION!

Whether you are a die-hard vegan, a newbie to this healthy lifestyle, or just curious, YOU ARE WELCOME - check us out!

We meet on the fourth Saturday of every month at 1pm in Foster Church's Multi-Purpose room.

Please bring a no oil, plant-based dish that serves 6-8 people.  If this is new to you, no worries, keep it simple, bring veggies or a salad or fruit ... you get the picture :-)  If you are already acquainted with a healthy "food for medicine" lifestyle, delight us with your favorite recipe!

This is a fun, friendly, open group which WELCOMES EVERYONE, filled with goodwill and best wishes for thriving lives for each member!

Every month we will have a SPECIAL FEATURE such as cooking demonstrations by experienced "food for lifers", knowledgeable speakers on a variety of "food for life" topics ... that sort of thing.

This Meet-Up group is being launched with 3 events:
