# Founder's Circle: Learning and Growing Together
Founder's Circle is a space where startup founders come together to learn from each other's experiences, share what's working (and what isn't), and figure out the next steps in building their companies. Whether you're just starting out, struggling through the messy middle, or scaling something that's actually gaining traction, this group is for you. We believe that the best lessons come from people who are actually in the trenches right now, not from polished case studies or theoretical frameworks.
Each meetup we focus on real challenges that founders face—raising money, building teams, product-market fit, managing cash flow, staying sane while scaling. We bring in speakers who have walked these paths, host open discussions where you can ask whatever's on your mind, and create opportunities for members to share wins and ask for advice. Sometimes the most valuable thing that happens is connecting with someone who's a few steps ahead or finding a co-founder, advisor, or collaborator in the room.
This isn't a pitch competition or a networking event where you're collecting business cards. It's a genuine community of people committed to supporting each other's growth. We meet regularly, keep the group reasonably sized so we can actually get to know each other, and focus on making this time useful for your actual journey as a founder.
