My name is Andre Anderson, founder of Founders Roundtable. There have been a few different ideas and directions for this group over time, and honestly, I probably overcomplicated it.
The truth is simple:
- I need connection too.
- I need friends. I need people who understand the weight of building something, leading people, taking care of clients, providing for a family, and still trying to hold yourself together through it all.
- I’m the owner of two growing businesses, married to my beautiful wife of 16 years, a father of two kids, and like many of you — carrying a lot of responsibility every single day.
From the outside, things can look great.
- You may be growing.
- You may be making money.
- You may even have everything you thought you wanted.
But internally, you’re tired. Stressed. Disconnected. Maybe even unhappy.
After you grind, hustle, serve your clients, lead your team, and take care of responsibilities at home — sometimes there’s nothing left for you.
That’s what Founders Roundtable is really about.
A space for business owners who are thriving on the outside, but need a real outlet on the inside.
No more surface-level conversations.
