Montreal chapter of Founders Running Club (FRC)
We believe that building a better future for everyone requires stronger bonds, deeper connections, and a healthy, inclusive environment. At Founders Running Club we provide all of that with a fresh approach to networking, when entrepreneurs, professionals, and creators meet, partner, collaborate, and support one another by uniting around running and spending time out.
We host weekly Running + Networking events and specials in 60+ locations in North America, Europe, South America, Africa and Asia with community of 50k+. We promote mental health and try to keep your body in a better shape at the same time. We believe that we all sweat the same, and we invite you to join us regardless of your ethnicity, gender, background or fitness level.

FRC Montreal Easy Run and Chat
Champs-de-Mars Metro, 940 Rue Sanguinet, Montréal, QC H2X 3E2, Montreal, QC, CAFounders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. Choose your pace or follow a pacer—pets, friends, and family are welcome.
In Montreal, our location will be Old Port (Vieux-Montreal). The rally point is the Champs-de-Mars metro. We go to the waterfront, passing by City Hall and Old Montreal tourist attractions. This is a new location!
Schedule:
*9:00 AM: Arrival and round of introductions.
- 9:10 AM: Quick warm-up. Then group photo!
*9:15 AM: Departure. Runs range from 2k to 5k usually or more depending on the group. The pace is conversational jogging (7 minutes per km) or faster if you want to. - 9:45 AM: The run finishes back in the old port. We go to a nearby coffee shop for networking. Hang out as long as you want.
*Feel free to suggest another place nearby!
Only in very poor weather, the event doesn't take place. If there is light rain, it's still going to happen!
You don't have to be a founder to join the event, but you should have a positive view of entrepreneurship.
