If you’re a small business owner or a remote working professional you might probably agree with me when I say, “Every day can be rather unpredictable and stressful.” As founders and remote professionals we face unique challenges that often require for us to keep growing in resilience and grit.

My name is Jonathan Michael and I’m a startup founder based out of Midlothian. Running over the last 5 years has been transformative for my stress management, fitness of course but mostly importantly for my overall mental and spiritual well-being.

My goal with starting this group is to create a community of professionals around this idea of “intentional running” for the sake of your own mental health. Fitness just happens to be one of the secondary benefits.

There are so many avenues today to deal with stress and anxiety but nothing quite works like a natural dopamine fix at early in the morning.
