Torques Toss is a game much like Cornhole, but unlike any other Toss game, Torques Toss comes with a scoring APP. Class will review the ancient origins of Torques and cover the basics of: grip and toss swing mechanics using backswing, aiming, follow through, release and pose as well as toss footwork and momentum generation. We also address breathing regulation using an inhale on the backswing and exhale on the release and follow through.
Scoring: There are 3 birds to a Torques flock and a successful toss is when your bird rests inside the nest. Your first bird is worth 1 point, the second bird is worth 2 and your third bird or the "Money Bird" is worth 3 points. First player to 21 or above wins the game and best 2 out of 3, 3 out of 5 is a Match. The Torques App allows players to easily score and store their matches for standings and tracking competition history.
