About us

This group is for anyone interested in the technical side of FPV drones, whether you are just starting to build your first quad or you are already comfortable in the air and looking to pick up speed. Our focus is on sharing knowledge and working through the learning curve together. We meet up to troubleshoot builds, share tips on soldering and betaflight settings, and get some practice time in on the sticks in a supportive environment.

We want to move beyond just flying solo and build a local community where we can learn from each other's mistakes and celebrate the wins. If you are looking for people to fly with, need a hand figuring out a hardware issue, or just want to practice racing lines with others, you are welcome here. Bring your goggles, your gear, and your questions, and let's get some flight time in.

We are hosting a hands-on drone racing workshop for the FPV Pilots Learning And Racing Together community here in Sydney. Whether you are still getting comfortable in the goggles or you are looking to shave a few seconds off your lap times, this is a chance to get out, fly, and share some knowledge in person. We will be covering the basics of racing lines, gate navigation, and some simple pit-side troubleshooting to keep everyone in the air longer.

This event is open to anyone interested in drone racing, regardless of your skill level. We want to keep things casual and collaborative, so feel free to bring your rig, your batteries, and any questions you have about your current setup. It is a great opportunity to connect with other local pilots, pick up some new flying techniques, and get some stick time on a dedicated course.
