This presentation examines the consistent, systematic ways that IoT tends to fail and delight. The talk also defines IoT, explains what makes IoT UX unique, and examines why it’s now so easy to IoT-ify devices. You’ll come away from this talk with a framework to create delightful user experiences.

This talk will also cover how to work with multidisciplinary teams creating products for B2C and B2B across a variety of channels (SMS, Mobile, Web and Wearables). Practicing user-centered design principles basing design decisions on user needs and business goals.
