Framingham parkrunners

Whether you are a seasoned marathoner, a casual jogger, a brisk walker, or someone who loves supporting community fitness, you have found your crew. Our group is built around a shared love for the Farm Pond parkrun—a free, weekly, timed 5k.

What We Are All About
Farm Pond parkrun: Saturdays we meet up every weekend to tackle the course together. All paces, ages, and fitness levels are completely welcome. No one ever finishes last at parkrun!

Building a Strong Volunteer Team: A great parkrun relies on a great community. One of our primary goals is to build a reliable pool of volunteers so we can easily rotate roles. By sharing the load, everyone gets plenty of opportunities to run, walk, and support the event without anyone feeling burnt out.

Parkrun Tourism: We hope to take our show on the road eventually! Ideadlly, we want to organize group trips/ carpool to explore and support other fantastic local parkruns across the region, making it a fun weekend adventure.

Socializing & Connection: The fun doesn't stop at the finish line. We regularly grab coffee, chat, and host social meetups to catch up, share goals, and build lasting friendships.
