Hey parkrunners! Whether you're aiming for a new personal best, looking for a scenic Saturday morning walk, or ready to jump into a volunteer vest to support the team, come join the Framingham Park Runners for Event #27 at Farm Pond Park!
If you are brand new to parkrun or looking to get more involved with our local volunteering crew, this is the perfect weekend to join us. parkrun is entirely free, inclusive, and positive—no matter your pace, you'll never finish last!
The Morning Agenda

8:45 AM – First Timers & Volunteer Welcome: If it's your first time or you want to learn more about our volunteer roles (like timekeeping, scanning, or marshalling), meet us across the street from Barbieri Elementary. We’ll get you up to speed!

8:55 AM – Main Pre-Run Briefing: Course updates, milestone announcements, and a quick safety check.

9:00 AM – The 5K Starts! Walk, jog, run, or spectate at your own pace.

10:00 AM (approx.) – Post-Run Coffee Social: Once the tail walker crosses the finish line, we’ll head over to Pao Brasil Bakery for coffee, breakfast, and socializing. Come make some new friends!
Location & Meeting Spot -
Where: Farm Pond Park (Dudley Rd, Framingham, MA 01702). Look for the parkrun banners and volunteers in high-vis vests right across from Barbieri.

Parking: Ample parking is available nearby.
What to Bring & Know -
Your parkrun Barcode: parkrun is 100% free, but you must register once at parkrun.us and bring a scannable copy of your barcode (printed or on your phone) to get an official time!

Pace: All paces, strollers, and dogs (one per person on a short leash) are welcome.

Volunteering: Want to rest your legs but still be part of the fun? We are actively building our volunteer pool so everyone can rotate frequently and get a chance to run. Send us a message or ask us at the finish line how to get involved!
