The Signature Event is Mantra Art:
Mantra Art is a Therapeutic Art Practice which I founded through Soul Veda Art in 2023. The ultimate goal is to feel more grounded and connected with yourself at the end of each session. This is achieved by the 5 Step Mantra Art Process.

CHANT + BREATHE + MEDITATE + PAINT = FEEL

1️⃣ Chant - Awaken the Energy
Harness the power of ancient mantras to generate energy and vibrations in the body. These vibrations activate a deeper connection with yourself and the present moment.

2️⃣ Breathe - Expand the Flow
Channel the energy through mindful breathing, connecting with your prana (life force). This expands energy throughout the body, naturally guiding you into a deeply focused Pranayama exercise.

3️⃣ Meditate- Align the Mind
Transition into a fluid state with guided visual meditation. This colorful journey helps release energy blockages caused by emotions like anxiety, stress, or excitement, and sets intentions for the upcoming creative session.

4️⃣ Paint - Express the Soul
Dive into a playful and expressive art session, capturing emotions and energy through creative expression. Art Therapy helps where words fall short, enabling self-reflection and emotional connection in the moment.

5️⃣ Feel - Ground & Connect
Conclude the journey with a sense of calm, clarity, and connection to yourself. This step brings everything together, leaving you grounded and empowered.
