What we’re about
The Frederick County Nature Council is a "friends of the park" group serving the Catoctin Creek and Fountain Rock nature parks in Frederick County Maryland. Our mission is to support the parks and improve the park experience.
Maryland Master Naturalists are enrolled in or have completed a University of Maryland Extension Master Naturalist program. Maryland Master Naturalists are a state-wide volunteer network who are trained to lead and organize nature-related educational activities and service projects.
