Join Leslie Phillips, certified yoga instructor, or other yoga practitioners every Tuesday evening at the Food Co-op for a yoga session to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice accessible to everyone. Dress in comfortable workout gear.
