This group is all about connection, authenticity, and learning different ways to flow through life's ups and downs. By cultivating mind-body awareness through yoga, qigong, meditation, and somatics, we can access deeper healing, spaciousness and ease.

Free Yoga in Manhattan
Beacon Center, 1700 Third Avenue (bet 95 & 96 St), Manhattan, NY, USThis is a free open-level Hatha Yoga class, taught by Chia-Ti Chiu who has over 23 years of experience teaching yoga. Hatha Flow is a blend of Hatha yoga, qigong, and breathing practices to help our bodies move and our nervous systems to regulate. Each class is taught with a theme, often pulled from yoga philosophy or Buddhist wisdom.
This class is suitable for all experiences with yoga, including beginners. And all bodies are welcome!
BYOM: Bring Your Own Mat

1700 Third Avenue in Manhattan
Classes are held in the gymnasium, on the ground floor. (Weather permitting in the fall and spring, we may also hold class in an outdoor rooftop space accessed by two flights of stairs.) Please note that to access the building, you will need to walk down one flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator access.
If you don't feel well, please stay home and join class another time.
REGISTRATION
You will need to fill out a one-time registration form to attend class. This is different from RSVPing on Meetup.
Ways to register:- Fill out the form online and print it out and bring to class
- Fill out the form online and email to Meredith, Outreach Coordinator at the Beacon: mmaxwell@goddard.org
- Get a form in class and fill it out in person

This class is sponsored by the Beacon Center, located in PS 198. It is an elementary school that takes up the whole block. Entrance is on 3rd Avenue (between 95 & 96 St)

Free Guided Meditation
Trinity Church, 89 Broadway, New York, NY, USA free weekly 30 minute guided meditation practice open to all.
Stop by for a time of stillness and centering in the Chapel of All Saints. Be in community with like-minded New Yorkers who want to find peace in the chaos of our city.

TO HELP YOU NAVIGATE TRINITY CHURCH
You will have to go through security (metal detector and bag scan) before entering Trinity Church.
The Chapel of All Saints is to the back of the main area, on the right side of the aisles. Follow the signs or ask one of the guards for "Catch Your Breath" if you can't find it. No previous meditation experience needed. All are welcome!

Free Community Mat Yoga
Trinity Commons, 76 Trinity Pl, New York, NY, USThis is a free open-level, beginner-friendly yoga class taught by Chia-Ti. Classes are suitable for all bodies and levels of yoga experience. All are welcome!

TO HELP YOU NAVIGATE TRINITY
On the day of class, you will need to sign in at the security desk. Let them know you are here for the mat yoga class, show ID and they will print a visitors pass for you.
To get to the Rehearsal Studio: Take the elevators to the 4th Floor. Once you get off, take a left from the elevators and then a quick left at the end of the hall. It is the first room once you make the quick turn, across from the gym and before the art studio. There are restrooms at the end of the second hallway for changing, etc.
