Qigong is an ancient healing art that combines movement and breath to help cultivate an optimal flow of energy. Qigong has a close relationship with Chinese medicine, and encourages health and healing on a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic level.

QIGONG FOR IMMUNE HEALTH
Transitions between seasons, like winter to spring, can bring challenges to the immune system. In this qigong session, we'll explore breathing techniques and exercises that boost our immune health. No previous qigong experience necessary. All are welcome!
