Come lay back, release stress, and recalibrate your energy by the water.

This is a 5-week immersive beach sound healing experience designed to bring your body back into alignment through the combination of ocean waves, crystal singing bowls, tuning pipes, and intuitive sound.

This is not just a group session—each gathering is kept intentionally small (max 12 participants), allowing space for gentle 1:1 energetic support within the sound bath.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

About the Facilitator:
Alexis J Alvarez is a sound healer, energy practitioner, and intuitive guide who blends vibrational medicine, sound therapy, and multidimensional energy work to create deeply restorative experiences. Her work is rooted in helping others recalibrate their energy, reconnect with themselves, and align with their highest frequency.
