www.withloveandgratitude.com- November 17 Charka’s
Today’s event focuses on working with the Charkas creating pleasant and relaxing experience of feeling energy flows within your body. There are seven main chakras, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. These invisible wheels of energy keep us vibrant and healthy. Maybe you have heard people talk about "unblocking" their chakras? This refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit.

January 19 A Shamanic Journey
Shamanic journeying is a technique that is learned while being experienced and practiced. You are guided to take a symbolic journey. During the journey, you transcend your own surface awareness.Perception, clarity, and understanding activate during this journey and you go deep within to find answers. The experience is unique unto itself and may provide insights that are unexpected and revealing.

March 16 Deep Relaxation Response
This workshop gives you the opportunity to feed both body and your soul. Mind, body and spirit are engulfed in a state of profound and deep rest. During the session, the meditative state that you enter allows the body to repair and balance itself in an intense way.It is a pleasurable and restorative experience and quite healing on every level. As you experience deeper levels of tranquil relaxation, the release of stress chemicals into to the bloodstream is reversed, and you are able to counteract many of the effects of these chemicals.
