Our FREE Peer-Run Support Groups provide a safe, supportive, and understanding environment for individuals living with depression and other mood disorders. Led by peers who have personal experience with mental health challenges, these groups offer a space where you can connect with others who truly understand what you're going through.

Whether you're seeking support, shared experiences, or simply a place to feel heard and less alone, our groups are here to help. Join us to gain insight, share coping strategies, and find strength in community. Everyone’s journey is different, but together, we can build a path toward healing and well-being.
