🌿 Free Weekly Meditation Workshop & Lunch

Join us for a unique 12-week workshop series designed especially for beginners who want to discover the benefits of meditation in daily life.
Each Saturday begins with a free vegetarian lunch at 12:15pm, followed by an engaging, interactive session from 1:00–2:15/2:30pm.
