Welcome to Sahaja yoga meditation in Leeds

We have in person meetings on wednesdays from 7.15pm to 8.30pm

We will start with an introduction for new joiners followed by meditation and video extracts of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation.

No physical exercise is involved, just sit comfortably without shoes on a chair or the floor

This method of meditation takes us beyond our thoughts and allows us to awaken our inner Kundalini energy, freeing us from all our worldly problems, creating peace and joy within.

Saha - means “Born” Ja - means “with” and Yoga - meaning “Union”.

Sahaja Yoga it’s practised all over the world by millions of people and provides a crucial balance of being to our daily lives.
