This Group is for committed Yogis for whom Yoga is part of their daily life. If you are once a blue moon Yogi do not bother to join this Group.
We practice Hatha Yoga at the Jumeirah beach, Dubai behind Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Hotel from 5.30am to 6.30am everyday. Our Hatha Yoga practice consists of Asanas, Pranayama & meditation. Clear instructions and demos are given for each Asana and it is easy for newbies to follow.
Please note this is a Meet up Group and we do not have place for virtual Yogis or who want to remain anonymous. Thus you will face expulsion from the Group if you –
Do not attend the sessions for an extended period without explanation
Do not attend the sessions after signing up and no apology is sent
Do not answer the profile questions
