What we’re about
Overview: Attention all fitness enthusiast to our gym training group! Whether you are new to the gym or are looking to start our community is here to help you master proper form and technique to prevent injuries and have steady fitness progress. We are building a community to meet new people who share the similar interest in gymming. Train alongside like-minded individuals and make new friends while learning from two of our PT certified trainers who are passionate about teaching. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed to join.
Location: East/North/Central
Description: Group personal training (1-3 pax) per session. Highly encourage for at least 5 sessions/pax to build up your foundation.
Gym location to be confirmed depending on client preferred location!
* Members are to pay for gym entry for trainers
