About us

This is a casual co-ed beach flag football group for men and women who want to have fun, get exercise, and meet good people by the beach.

All levels are welcome. You don’t need to be a serious athlete — as long as you can run a little, catch a football, and have a good attitude, you’ll fit in. The goal is to get outside, move around, laugh, and enjoy playing football on the beach.

Games are safety-first and no contact. We keep it friendly and respectful so everyone can have a good time. Whether you’re new to flag football or you’ve played before, you’re welcome to join.
