Walk with a Doc on SF Bay Trail in San Mateo!

Come out and enjoy a stroll with physician volunteers and chat about health and wellness topics along the way. People of all ages and fitness levels are invited to this free community health program.
All walks start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Walkers receive complimentary bottled water and a healthy snack. Walks are scheduled throughout the summer at some of our country’s most beautiful public spaces, and you can sign up for as many walks as you’d like.

About this Park
We’ll meet at Seal Point Park and walk the beautiful SF Bay Trail along San Mateo’s eastern coast. This walk offers scenic views of the San Francisco Bay, as well as many types of native wildlife.
Parking
Enter the Seal Point Park parking lot from J. Hart Clinton Drive. Turn left and head to the NW end of the parking lot. Please note we are not by the dog park we are on the otherside of the parking lot, by the restrooms.
Meeting Spot
Find our blue and white Walk with a Doc table at the NW end of the parking lot near the restrooms.
Dogs are welcome on a leash
