Hi everyone,
the session will last 1.5 hours, we will start with Sahaja Yoga affirmations and silent meditation for approx 30-45 mins then we will begin the breathing.
All the participants will lay down on yoga mats and will proceed to breath from the belly, up to the midriff, to the neck and shoulders and then exhale, continuously for either 5-10 or 15 mins depending on your level.
Please bring yoga mat, something to use as a small pillow and water to drink, if weather is good we can bring fruit to share post session
Then you will have a retention of breath. We will have 2-3 breathing circuits in total depending on each person's level, then we will have Shivasana, rest.

Weather permitting we can have a free session each Saturday. I will post updates here on the morning of Saturday to confirm if the class is on for sure.
For late arrival please message me on meet up. Session is at 1.30pm. We meet at 1-1.15pm at Queens Gate, if you arrive past 1.30pm then it's too late to join.
