This group is for people who want to make new friends where you already know you share some important values in common; you support for free speech, open conversation, and pride in Britain and British culture.

Making friends as an adult can be difficult, especially when people feel they have to walk on eggshells or avoid honest conversations about the world and current events. This group is designed for those who want genuine connection with like-minded people in a relaxed and respectful environment.
We’ll aim to meet for drinks, dinners, coffee, walks, cinema trips and other social outings. While politics and current affairs may naturally come up in conversation, this is not intended to be a debate or activism group. The focus is friendship, open discussion, humour, and meeting people who value free expression and respectful disagreement.
