'Save the Trees' event at MLK Jr. Regional Shoreline Park

In partnership with Trees for Oakland we are co-hosting Summer 2025 'Save the Trees' volunteer events.

Join us for a day of tree care and education along the water at the MLK Jr. Regional Shoreline Park!

We will work together to: remove weeds that are growing too close to the trees, sheet-mulch around the trees, water the trees, and prune the trees if necessary.

Bring a hat for shade, sunscreen, water bottle, and your energy for growing Oakland's Urban Forest.
