Welcome to our group of Happy Humans !! 
We meet regularly  for Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Practices and so on now a days Online via Zoom.  Sometimes we meet just to celebrate with other Happy Humans with Music, Dance, enjoy tasty food and celebrate Life ! 

The knowledge about breath and its usage to uplift our state of mind is very profound. Mind, body and breath and their relation to happy state of mind is something one has to experience.
