Connect deeply, developing greater intimacy, with yourself and others, in this Relational Mindfulness Practice in the form of a conversation.
We will practice observing without judgement, what’s happening in us and between us, in the moment, as we relate to each other.
Observing sensations, emotions and thoughts so that we get a complete picture of what it’s like to be us.
In this way, we learn to lead ourselves through greater awareness of the moment, and cultivate our own inner knowing.
Through exercises introduced at the beginning of each session, we will gradually develop our capacity together to be present with what is and listen deeply to ourselves and others.
This practice can help you:
- Connect to your emotions, and
- Be more at ease and alignment in your body and mind.
- Get inspiration.
- Develop intuition to help you make decisions.
- Improve your relationships and connect with others on a much deeper level.
- Become unstuck in different areas of your life and take action.
I spent many years meditating, but when I discovered this, it felt like a revelation, a missing piece that’s helping me get awareness of how I relate to other and create my life.

Please be there at the start, as the session will build on what you learn at the beginning, therefore you won’t be able to join half way through.
After the Circle, we sometimes hang out for a bit, play ping pong, go for a stroll or a drink.

About me
I am a qualified Transformational & Career Coach having trained London in 2016. I bring my personal life experience to my work having transitioned career and country to be more in-tune with who I am.
I am passionate about helping people connect deeply to themselves, bringing out their creativity and gifts for the world through their work.
I have been practicing meditation for over 20 years, and spent 5 years living and helping to facilitate the space at a retreat centre on a tiny island in Scotland, established by a Tibetan Buddhist monastery, one of the pioneers of mindfulness in the UK.
I believe meditation and mindfulness are wonderful tools which help people gain clarity and focus by creating a space to listen deeply within.
They have certainly helped me a great deal!
