"Free yourself" is an initiative to help each other to get out of the shell we are in.
We get together and do various activities like yoga, meditation, dancing, painting, coding, talking about hardships, just anything we want !!
We come out of our daily routine to socialize. Some of these activities can help release stress, foster creative thinking, nurture emotional intelligence, share feelings, start a new hobby or learn a new skill.
The goal of this group is to get rid of stress and emotional turmoil, to come out of the cocoon and relish ourselves. We aim to feel mental freedom by doing something for our own self - our mind, our body, our career. Forget anything bad that happened in the past, stop worrying about the future, and just live in the moment. Live in the present, be happy today. Keep yourself physically and mentally fit.
The theme of each meet will be decided beforehand and posted in the group. We can organize the event online or in-person.
