To be able to self-reflect is a key skill in today’s incredibly complex world. Arguably, it is a skill which needs to be brought into our conscious awareness in our collective evolution. Meditation can help bring about the mental order that needs to be developed within the human being. This inner order, when balanced with divine inspiration, can help reduce many vices which impact us individually and collectively. Meditation, therefore, empowers us with self-mastery. It is a key tool in the development of a healthy mind and wholesome integration of the human being, both of which are prerequisites for fulfillment and happiness. Meditation may not be the one and only solution for every individual, but to develop a healthy psyche in today’s circumstances without the support of meditation is very challenging.

Our Approach
We bring together affirmations which are the most needed for today’s human condition, and physical techniques which take minimal time and effort, to help anyone with the interest and desire to establish a regular meditation practice at home. We train our attention to focus on communication from the central nervous system – a tool which has evolved from the existence of humans’ first ancestors to this day.

Always Free of Charge
Since its founding in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga Meditation has always been taught around the world free of charge. The tradition continues to this day. There is no membership system and no obligation of any kind. We invite you to take advantage of these seemingly very simple methods which, with patience and time, will have an incredibly profound effect on all aspects of your quality of life.

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi began teaching the knowledge of Sahaja Yoga in 1970 and its practice is now established in over 100 countries.

The meaning of Sahaja is "born within", "spontaneous", "effortless" and "natural". The meaning of the Sanskrit word Yoga is "union". Hence the meaning of the name Sahaja Yoga is essentially one's very own spontaneous union and connection with the All-Pervading power and the Spirit. The meditation practice is simple yet deeply profound.

We are an international partner of UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) promoting peace in the minds of men and women.

Classes are offered free-of-charge based on the principle that Self-Realization is each and every human being's birthright. We are a group of volunteers delivering free classes in the Tri-Cities since 2011.
