The method of meditation you’ll be experiencing is called Sahaja Yoga. In the sessions we'll show you a gentle, natural way to meditate, relax and balance yourself. We warmly invite you to try it for yourself and see how you feel.
Wales LIVE Online Meditation sessions are held:
Thursdays 8-9pm - our MAIN weekly meeting.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays between 8-8.30pm - SHORT meditation sessions. These are an additional support for your meditation practice which you can join once you’ve attended the main Thursday session.
