Intro to Woodshop for Queer/Trans Folks

In this class you'll learn how to safely operate the essential tools in the woodshop: jointer, planer, table saw, miter saw, band saw, drill press and sanders through the process of making a small, personal project from start to finish that you can take home.

Taught by Tanner Slick, a (masc-presenting) trans person, this is a special opportunity for queer and trans people to be together and learn together in a woodshop and begin to build our dreams! Open to all genders, ages, skill levels.
Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring eye/ear protection if you have it.
